I can quite happily say that I'm a hummus addict. I love dipping veg sticks or pea & pinto bean sticks and although I like different flavours, nothing beats classic hummus.

Here's my recipe for hummus that you can save in individual pots and use throughout the week for snacks.

You'll need:

400g tin chickpeas, drained

Two garlic cloves

Juice of one lemon

3 tbsp tahini

1 tsp ground cumin

3 tbsp olive oil

Sea salt and ground pepper

Sprinkling of paprika to serve

Add the chickpeas and garlic to a blender and mix. Add the remaining ingredients and combine together before spooning into a bowl or tupperware and refrigerate. Serve with a sprinkling of paprika.
