For me, any cookie must be soft and gooey and these Oreo Cookie Cookies from Zoella are just that. They're quick and simple to make and let's be honest, you can't go wrong with a bake made from the world's favourite cookie.

Here's what you will need:

7 OZ (200g) Plain Flour

1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

2 OZ (50g) Light Brown Sugar

4 OZ (100g) White Sugar

4 OZ (110g) Butter

2 OZ (50g) Chocolate Chips

One Pack of Oreo Cookies

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

One Egg

Preheat the oven to 180oC

Melt the butter, and beat in the sugar until  mixed together. Next, add the egg and vanilla extract until mixed but make sure not to over beat.

Crumble the Oreo Cookies and add to the mixture along with the flour. Stir in the chocolate chips and mix well.

Shape the the mixture into small balls and pop onto a lined baking tray, leaving enough space for the cookies to spread out a little. Bake in the oven for around ten minutes or until the cookies are lightly golden brown. Allow to cool and enjoy! I like to eat a cookie (or two) while it's still slightly warm with ice cream.
