Any brownie is good but one with white chocolate chunks is even better. This is my fail-safe recipe for chocolaty heaven and it couldn't be easier. 

Here's what you will need: 

3 OZ (65g) Plain Flour

1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

4 OZ (100g) Cocoa Powder

Pinch of Salt

9 OZ (250g) Caster Sugar 

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract 

6 OZ (150g) Butter

Two Eggs 

One Bag (100g) of White Chocolate Chips or Chunks 


Pre-heat the oven to 180° C

Slowly melt the butter in a saucepan and pour into a large mixing bowl. Stir in the sugar along with the vanilla extract and cocoa powder. Then add one egg at a time mixing well until combined. 

Add the flour, baking powder and salt before stirring in the white chocolate chips or chunks. 

Transfer the mix into a lined baking tray and bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the top of the brownies are shiny. 

Leave to cool completely before chopping up into squares. Finish with a quick dusting of icing sugar.
